Use the contact page and mark the message clearly as an abuse report, so it is routed correctly.
Copyright matters
Formal copyright complaints should follow the procedure on the DMCA page instead, which sets out the information a valid notice must contain.
Handling
We review reports as promptly as we can. Depending on what we find, we may rate limit, block or otherwise restrict access, and we may pass information to the relevant authorities where the law requires or permits it.
Good faith
Please report in good faith. Repeatedly filing reports you know to be false may itself be treated as abuse.
