Our position
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of this service to do the same. This service is a general-purpose tool; it does not host, index or curate third-party media.
Filing a notice
If you believe material accessible through this service infringes your copyright, send a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL or other specific location you say is infringing, described well enough for us to find it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Where to send it
Send notices through the contact page, marked clearly as a copyright notice. Incomplete notices may be returned for clarification.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly. Where a notice identifies a specific capability or content that the service should not facilitate, we will act, which may include disabling access or removing functionality.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail. We may restore access where the law requires it.
Repeat infringement
We may restrict access to the service for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and legal fees.
